Who likes that thick yellowish nail with fungal toenail? Well, nail is the smallest part of your body but once it is caught up with fungus, it seems that this unwanted friendship will last long.

Your most urgent aim of the treatment should be to prevent the fungus from spreading. Apart from the medication part, the preventive measures are also equally important. Some of them are: Choose a natural anti-fungal powder in the shoes to resist the fungus. Keep your shoes in a dry, cool place. Let the insoles always remain dry. If you are a member of a gym, don't walk around barefoot. Your shoes need to dry out and let there be no moisture in the shoes. There should be no jamming of the toes in the shoes. Don't allow the nails grow too long. Cut them appropriately, well in time.
This treatment is going to be a long drawn out one. You need to maintain perfect discipline as for the line of treatment and hygiene aspects are concerned. |
