Wholesale hats have always been a popular form of headgear because of the fact that wholesale hats are a much more elaborate form of clothing for your head as compared to the caps. Wholesale hats provide a much more regal and aristocratic look as compared to caps which provide a more sporty kind of look.

Wholesale hats, unlike caps are not size adjustable. Wholesale hats are available in standardized sizes like small, medium, large and in some cases extra-large. If you are particular about your clothing size, then wholesale hats are also available in numbered sizes according to the size of your head. One more thing to be kept in mind is that the sizes of wholesale hats in the United States and in the United Kingdom is done in different manners. This means that the wholesale hats in the United Kingdom are generally one eighth of the inch smaller as compared to the wholesale hats available in United States. The UK wholesale hats make up for this by ensuring that they are stretchable to one or two steps in size.

Wholesale hats are also classified as per their shapes. You can get Round Oval wholesale hats, regular oval, wholesale hats, long oval wholesale hats; X-Long oval wholesale hats XX-Long wholesale hats and XXX-Long wholesale hats.

Wholesale hats are generally made of four parts. These are the crown of the hat which covers the head’s top portion. The second is the Brim which is a stiff material around the crown’s entire circumference. It is the job of brim to protect the wearer especially his eyes, from sunlight and water in case of a rain. The third part of wholesale hats is the sweatband. The sweat band is on the inner side of the head which grips the hat around the wearer’s head. The fourth part of wholesale hats is the hatband which is used to maintain the hat size.

Wholesale hats are availableina number of designs but the most common designs are:
• Bowler hat which was first created in 1850 for the second Earl of Leicester, Thomas Coke. These wholesale hats are very popular in a number of countries in Europe.
• Cowboy hats are specially designed wholesale hats especially popular in USA.
• Fedora is another of the wholesale hats popular around the world.
• Sun hat is a category of wholesale hats which are meant to oofer protection from sunlight.
