Focused Fitness for a Better Body (Part 1)

You want to get a better body, a lean body ? But you are too busy! Okay, time is always a key factor.

But how is it worth to have a better body and health...long lasting health?

Do you think time should be a problem ?

Everything is a question of priority. Are your body and health a priority for you right now ?

It should be!

I agree that going to the gym takes time: traveling distance, traffic, workout, then having to go back home or to work. It can take from 1:30 to 2-hours to get it done.

But is it necessary to go to the gym?

When you know some people at the gym they tend to want to converse with you... There isn't anything wrong with that, except you cannot afford to lose time. Most people who train in a gym do not spend enough time on their workout:

In a 45min session, most people train just a few minutes! Just a few minutes of real time of training! They are usually talking, looking around, looking for a specific machine, waiting for the machine... that's not an effective use of time right?

So they do not get results and quit (except people coming to socialize). Do you want to get results? If your goal is to have better health and a healthy body, you need to focus on what you need to do.

Train at home! The main problem is people get bored because they don't know what to do. You don't need the latest gadget of abdominal equipment.

You have to educate yourself about the right stuff and set up a strong oriented mindset. If you stay focused and motivated, there is no limit for a better body.
